When will my order ship?
Our subscription and non-subscription boxes start shipping on the 21st of the month. You can expect your order to arrive the first week of the following month. Let us know if you need your non-subscription box by a certain date in the notes section when you check out and we’ll prioritize your order.
How does a Creatively subscription work?
Our Monthly Subscriptions renew on the 20th of each month and start shipping in the last week of the month. You can pause or cancel your subscription any time.

How can I skip or pause my monthly subscription?
Head on over to your Account: https://creativelybox.com/my-account/
You’ll be able to manage your subscriptions by navigating to the “Subscriptions†tab on the left hand side.
What happens if my Creatively Box is lost or damaged?
Once your order is successfully fulfilled and departs our facility, we are not liable for any damages on behalf of the carrier. This includes the following but not limited to: lost packages, damaged canvas, damaged paint set. Please contact the carrier and file a claim immediately to ensure prompt and proper reimbursement.
What is your return policy?
Monthly subscription boxes and non-subscription boxes are ineligible for return. However, you can skip or pause your monthly subscription before the 20th of the month.
If you’ve encountered an issue with one of our Boxes please let us know! We strive to ensure top quality for every Creatively Box. If you have encountered an issue such as missing or lost instructions or damaged items, please let us know by sending us an email: info@creativelybox.com.
